Who's it for: Adolescents, adults, and those experiencing emotional distress or seeking personal growth.  â€‹

Approach: Utilizes evidenced-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness practices to help clients achieve emotional well-being.  â€‹

Session Length: Typically, 50-60 minutes, available in-person or via telehealth.

Adolescent Counseling

Overview: Focused on helping the youth population and their families navigate the complex challenges of adolescence, including peer pressure, identity development, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.​

Who's it for: Adolescents aged 12-18 facing emotional, behavioral, or developmental issues.  â€‹

Approach: A compassionate, tailored approach that includes talk therapy, creative arts therapies, and family involvement when necessary.  â€‹

Session Length: Typically, 50-60 minutes, available in-person or via telehealth.

Telehealth Services

Overview: Virtual counseling sessions for clients who prefer or need to receive therapy from the comfort of their own home.  Telehealth provides the same level of care as in-person counseling, with added convenience and accessibility. â€‹

Who's it for: Client's with busy schedules, mobility issues, or those located in remote areas.

Approach: Sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.  

Session Length: Typically, 50-60 minutes, available in-person or via telehealth.

Wellness Workshops & Seminars

Overview: Educational workshops designed to help individuals and organizations improve mental health and wellness.  Topics can include stress management, emotional resilience, mental health awareness, mindfulness techniques, and drug education.  â€‹

Who's it for: Groups, businesses, or community organizations looking to enhance the well-being of their members. 

Approach: Interactive, hands-on workshops that focus on practical strategies for improving mental health and maintaining emotional balance.  â€‹

Session Length: Typically, 2-3 hours, depending on the topic.
