About Me

I graduated from Argosy University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program in 2018.   In graduate school, I earned my internship hours working with families and adolescents in an outpatient treatment setting.  I completed my internship hours working in Community Mental Health at Lake County Health Department.  Since then, my experience blends in public and private settings at all levels of clinical care.  I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and trained in EMDR.  Since 2021, I have been working in a private practice setting.  In 2023, I decided to go into practice for myself in order to provide the best care possible for my clients.

I believe in the power of collaboration and work closely with clients to develop effective coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and foster personal growth. My eclectic background meets the unique needs of each client.  I work with children, adolescents, young and older adults to address a variety of concerns, including anger, anxiety, substance use disorders, legal problems, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and self-esteem..
